About the role

Reporting to the Brand Manager Milwaukee, and in functional contact with the European teams (EMEA), the Product Manager Powertools is in charge of managing and developing products on the professional sales network, in close collaboration with the sales department.


The Product Manager's missions are as follows:


• Define with the European team the range of products necessary for the development of MILWAUKEE POWERTOOLS in France,

• Ensure the adequacy of the ranges in relation to current needs and future trends,

• Define the positioning of the ranges in line with the TTI strategy, and ensure its relevance,

• Ensure that all the company's stakeholders have the required knowledge and information on the product ranges for its marketing,

• Define the brand's marketing plan in coordination with the sales department on the distribution channels,

• Monitor the performance (turnover / market share / DN / margin) of the product ranges,

• Ensure competitive, technological and regulatory monitoring on the market,

• Coordinate the Forecasts on the brand,

• Define and monitor budget resources for Milwaukee on the professional channel,

• Ensure compliance and apply procedures related to the service and the company,

• Contribute to the improvement of service performance indicators




• Do the market analysis (Secimpac,...)

• Define the annual product marketing plan (objectives in volume, margin, resources and positioning),

• Constantly update "Landscape" competition panoramas for all ranges,

• Define the price positioning,

• Provide the sales force with all the information necessary to market the products,

• Plan the marketing of products in coordination with supplies and sales teams,

• Plan product launches with all staff members (phasing in / phasing out)

• Develop and update sales arguments for the sales force,

• Ensure the training and information of the sales teams (sales force / Prescribers / customer service centre / after-sales service...) on the ranges,

• Define communication media in line with European policy.


Person Specification

With a higher education, a BAC +4/5 business school or an engineering degree with a specialization in marketing, you have at least 5 years' marketing experience in a professional technical environment.

You have a real business development culture, knowing how to evolve independently. You have an entrepreneurial vision for your position and a recognized leadership capacity.

Able to be a force of proposals, you have the ability to analyze and identify growth opportunities to achieve your objectives and ensure the development of your product lines. As English is the working language of the group, a common level is imperative. Basic French would be beneficial
